Home

Home relates to creating a relationship with yourself (your essence) and all its wonderful parts—your thoughts, feelings, desires, wants, needs, etc. It is a sacred and repeated journey of reconnecting with our authentic self, possibly for the first time.

Coming back home to you may look like:

  • creating a relationship with the unhealed, unknown, or forgotten parts of yourself.

  • being honest with how you feel, the condition of your heart, and the inner workings of your mind.

  • cultivating self-compassion, -acceptance, and -love.

  • aligning with your values, desires, dreams, and purpose.

  • gaining self-awareness into the psychological, emotional, mental, and spiritual ways you have disconnected from yourself.

  • saying no to others, to say yes to yourself.

  • acknowledging and healing from the less than nurturing experiences from your childhood.

“The only way to get what you really want, is to know what you really want. And the only way to know what you really want, is to know yourself. And the only way to know yourself, is to be yourself. And the only way to be yourself is to listen to your heart.” — Mike Dooley
