My Focus, My Passion

Sarah is passionate about helping clients experience connection within themselves, their relationships, in the world, & spiritually. When we constantly feel on edge, in fear, anxious, overwhelmed, or in pain, it interferes with our ability to know ourselves & to relate with others.

You have probably arrived here today because you see that feeling this way every day no longer serves you. You find yourself with a desire to reclaim your life & to have grow-fostering relationships.

Sarah is here to help you know feeling calm & a sense of belonging is possible. In fact, we are wired to connect in our biology- we can tap into this beautiful resource within you for healing & connection.

“We not capable of healing in isolation. We need other people. We are hurt in relationship & we heal in relationship. Our brain & nervous system are not isolated, but interconnected & social. At our core, we are social beings who regulate through connection with others. Being comfortable in your own skin & having tools that help you relax is a really big deal, but learning how to feel safe with others is revolutionary.”
