Trauma Healing Intensives

Extended, focused time for your nervous system to go where weekly sessions don't always reach.

You Might be a good fit if:

  • You’re stuck in the same patterns — anxiety, emotional numbness, or reactivity that keeps returning no matter what you’ve tried.

  • Specific memories or triggers still feel raw, making daily life harder than it needs to be.

  • Your body is carrying it — chronic tension, digestive issues, or pain without a clear medical cause.

  • You want to go deeper but weekly 50-minute sessions don’t give you enough time or space to get there.

  • You already have a therapist and want focused trauma work as a complement to your ongoing care.

Why longer sessions matter

Healing isn't something we can rush.

Most therapy sessions are spent settling in — and just as something meaningful begins to open up, it's time to stop. Intensives change that. Extended, uninterrupted time lets your nervous system slow down, build internal resources, stay with what's arising, and actually move through it — rather than picking it up again next week.

WHAT IT IS

A focused, accelerated path to healing.

Trauma healing intensives use EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and Parts Work in extended sessions — so we can stay with the process until it moves through, rather than stopping just as something opens up.

Each intensive is personalized to you, from an initial consultation through a post-session debrief.

Available in-person in Houston and via telehealth across Texas.

Three Ways To Work Together

Intensives are offered in three formats. Not sure which is right for you? We’ll figure it out together on our free consultation.

  • One focused session. The easiest place to begin.

    From $375.

  • Three sessions across one week, spaced Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

    From $1,100.

  • Same three sessions paced out for more integration time between each one.

    From $1200.

THE MODALITIES

EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing & Parts Work

These modalities work with the brain and body's natural healing capacity — without requiring you to re-tell your story in detail.

Each one has both a resourcing and a processing side, which means we don't just move toward what's difficult — we also build your internal capacity to meet it.

Strengthening felt safety and trust, accessing positive states, and expanding your window of tolerance are as much a part of the work as processing trauma itself.

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to reprocess traumatic memories while also building positive resources, beliefs, and states.

Brainspotting locates points in your visual field connected to where trauma is held — and where calm, safety, and strength live too.

Somatic Experiencing gently expands your nervous system's capacity, tolerance, and resilience before moving toward activation.

Parts work gets curious about the parts of you that feel in conflict — resourcing and honoring them rather than overriding or getting rid of them.
